Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 19year old female and i have been experiencing what can only be described as a hot flash in an isolated area on my right leg on the inner side of the tibia about 10cm above the ankle. The patch that feels hot is about 5cm in diameter and displayed no physiological signs of heat and does not feel hot to touch. i have been to a physio and all the muscles are fine and nothing out of the ordinary. I also know that it is not shin splints and it is make worse when i am driving for long periods or i go walking. I am stumped for ideas about what this could be as is my physio would appreciate some suggestions
