hi um well i baby sit a kid next door alot and he is sick but they dont know what he has i just started feeling like my heads about to blow and i feel like im on fire i also feel like my nasal passeges are on fire . i think i got it from the next door neighbor but also i smoke could i be allergic to smoking

You might have had nasal infection following which the nasal passage irritation and now the smoking is causing the increase in irritation .
You should avoid smoking and need to take a suitable antibiotic and decongestant tablets.
The infection could have been from some one like the kid you are talking about.
Try to avoid exposure to the kid.
