General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Pregnancy is not a possibility since you just had your period. The pain and white discharge are concerning for possibility of vaginal/pelvic infection. Vaginal swab and culture are required at this point. So please be advised to follow up with your ObGyn for necessary evaluation and management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
