General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi ..

The possibilities that come to my mind are anxiety, anaemia,Vitamin B12 deficiency, electrolyte abnormality, Thyroid disorders etc.

I would advise you to get certain investigations, serum calcium, serum electrolytes, hemoglobin,RBS, TSH, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D levels etc.

Try to stay stress free by doing yoga and meditation.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Eat well balanced meals.

Hope this information was helpful to you.

Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
