What Causes Hot Sensation In Body And Feet?

When I retire for the evening my body gets extremely hot and my feet are very cold. What are your suggestions to to reduce this high body heat. I also have small fiber neuropathy in my left arm and left thigh which causes burning. Currently I am taking 200mg of Lyrica.

After going through your query I concluded that you there are having probably neuropathy of small nerves. You need further investigation to see for cause such as blood sugar and thyroid function test. You can visit neurologist for same. Mecobalamine is of use. Vitamin B and C with be helpful in recovery.
