I can understand your concern for hot sensation in bottom of the foot.
There can be multiple causes of the hot sensation in bottom of the foot including nerve sensitivity or due to nutritional deficiency.
Most commonly it is seen in nutritional deficiency especially in females. In your kind of cases I generally prefer to go for a thorough examination of the nerves along with routine blood test.
The blood test includes checking for the serum vitamin B12 level. It is one of the sole most common causes of burning feet.
I prefer to give Vitamin B complex can be taken to take care of the problem. Additionally I suggest wearing soft foam based slipper and posturing correction as it can be one of the offending factor for the same.
All the best.
