What Causes Hot Spots On The Sole Of My Son S Feet?

My 14 year old son has intermittent hot spots on the sole of his foot. It comes and goes approximately 4-5 times per day. It is so hot to the touch that I pulled back my hand when I touched the center of the sole of his foot. He says it is not numb or tingling, and he does not have any weakness, nor has he been tripping or dragging his foot.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM,
Spots on the Sole of the foot are due to contact with allergens. It may be either floor tiles or wearing chappals/shoes.
1) Keeping foot into the lukewarm water with added salt every day night.
2) Scrubbing that part with brush.
3) Betamethasone with salicylic acid lotion on affected part every 3 hrs.
Hope this helps you
