Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello I was just wondering why when I cough my head gets hot feeling I have night sweats. And last night I took my blood preasure and it was 107/62 I get bruises pretty easy and I bleed for a bit when I get cut or something. My asthma has been acting up and I've had to use my inhalior every night more than once.
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic. I can understand your concern. Since you are asthmatic, possibility of worsening of underlying asthma is more. The most common cause for worsening is infection. And infection can cause hot sweats and bruises with low blood pressure. So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray to rule out infection and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) for the diagnosis of worsening of asthma. You may need antibiotics, additional inhaled bronchodilators and anti pyretic drugs. So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
