Hi, I have gone through your symptoms and you seem to be suffering from recurring urinary tract infection. There are many reasons for this like urinary tract stones, low immunity, diabetes, poor hygiene, increased residual urine in bladder. If I were treating you I would like to do an ultrasound and cystoscopy to rule out the above conditions first and then proceed from there. Hope this was helpful.
