Some internal chronic infection like intestinal or malaria or typhoid and tuberculosis. I would suggest you the following in such a situation: First of all get a clinical examination and evaluation by your Doctor and if required get a referral to the Specialist. Tests of blood, urine and stool. Ultrasonography of the abdomen. X-ray of the chest. Any other tests as would be directed by clinical evaluation. Till then get a PPI like Pantoprazole, antacid and Domperidone for symptomatic relief. Get an appropriate treatment as per the findings to get a cure.
