What Causes Hotness With Dry Retching After Taking Tramal Capsule?
Hi, I have been put on tramalk capsules 50mg 20. I have put on 1 to2 capsles three times a day. I took 1 capsule at 10.30am but by 1.00 i was hot and dry reaching. Is this because I have not used this medical for my acking knees. Thank You. Norman Hay

Hi,
Tramadol can cause nausea and vomiting. Less commonly, it can give you a fever. It is generally used for moderate to severe pain. These side-effects may not improve. Therefore, I suggest you consider other options for pain-killers. I assume you have tried paracetamol. Ibuprofen may help and also codeine tablets. However, codeine may cause nausea.
