What Causes Hunger As Well As Nausea Leading To Difficulty In Eating?

Today I was feeling very hungry because I hadn t eaten all day long so on my lunch break I went and got a sandwich when beginning to eat it I started to feel nausea and it was impossible for me to set my sandwich when taking another bite I just felt like I was going to throw up. What does this mean? It happened to me periodically a few months ago but it hasn t happened since until today.

Probably you remained hungry for a long time caused you to produce more acids after taking food leading to nausea. Avoid long gaps take small amounts of food at regular intervals and bite thorrowly, avoid spicey food. You should be alright.
