The symptoms you have suggest hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar. When the blood sugar goes below 60 many people become, dizzy, lightheaded, with sweating and can even pass out. You should have your blood sugar checked.
Many people who have low blood sugar are at risk of developing diabetes later in life. The treatment for hypoglycemia includes eating every 3 to 4 hours a snack ( in addition to meals) that include protein and carbohydrates.
