What Causes Hyper Pigmented Patch In The Pubic Area?
Hello, I have a skin discolouration right near my underwear line, it grows to be about 2 inches on either side. It changes colour almost daily from being gone, to being light brown and then dark brown, different on each day. It is a bit patchy and can be a little dry. Should I be worried?? Thanks!

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is acanthosis Nigricans.Asymptomatic hyperpigmented lesions in groin region suggests the possibility of Acanthosis Nigricans. Try to reduce the weight as much as possible. Topical depigmenting agents like kojic acid and arbutin can be used along with oral alpha liipoic acid. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
