What Causes Hypochondrium And Leg Pain?

hi, i got pain in right hypochondrium from the last 6yrs with right leg pain of lateral side ,leg pain is mostly at night time when i go to sleep i shak my foot to get some relief frm pain ,plz tell wht may be the problem ,u/s abdmn show normal study u/e normal and TLC 12500 ,plz tell me about my problmmmmmm

Hi.
Thanks for your query.

The cause of the simultaneous pain in the right hypochondrium and right leg with normal Ultrasonography can be in the spine.
I would advise you to get an MRI of the Spine to get a proper diagnosis.
The treatment will be according to the findings , If the Disc is large enough, you may need Surgery.
Proper antibiotic treatment will take care of the increases TLC.
