What Causes Illness, Nausea, Chest And Stomach Pains With Flatulence?

Hi I have hasd an illness over the past 3 days, first it was a slight nausea but no actuall sickness, but really severe pains in the stomach. It was like this for the second day also. The third day it seemed to be going away, I just had a slight uncomfortable feeling which I assumed to be trapped gas. But now on the fourth day of having it, there is now sharp pain at the top of my stomach/in my chest caused by what feels like a trapped bubble in my chest, any ideas on what this is and how to get rid of it?

It may be due to gastritis or food poisoning or irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or infections, etcetera.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and caffeine drinks. Avoid NSAIDs and stress. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor who will examine and treat you accordingly.
