ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

The causes for imbalance could be from issues in the inner ears, eyesight, proprioceptors of joints, blood, heart and nervous system issues. In your case, a diagnosis cannot be made without proper physical examination and blood and other tests. Among ENT causes, a condition called BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) is common in which a patient feels dizzy when she gets up from a lying down position. In your case, for a diagnosis, please visit an ENT or an internal medicine specialist.
