With the beginning of the adolescent age, personality changes also begin. A child may behave in a totally opposite way as he or she has been. Just wait and watch, and be patient with her.
Try to understand her turmoil bad mood swings. There does not seem any need for medication for menarche. Reconsider any medication if she has regular menses.
