Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Lower abdominal pain or numbness could be due to infection of colon, irritable bowel syndrome or uncommonly due to inflammatory bowel disease.

However, a doctor can not say exactly about the problem without actual clinical examination and complete history taking.

Here,it seems that you are a bit reluctant to see doctor but I would advise you consult surgeon who can examine you and write relevant investigations in order yo have perfect diagnosis.

Meanwhile, you can antispasmodics, antacids like ranitidine or pantoprazole with probiotics.

Thanks.
