What Causes Incomplete Bowel Movements, Nausea And Abdominal Pain?

Respected sir I had done all test including CBc, lft, kft, lipid panel, urine test, occult blood test, colonoscopy up-to hepatic flexure, endoscopy, ultrasound, brain CT scan, chest X-ray, echo, Ecg, Tmt, holter moniter still have inadequate bowel movement ,nausea and abdominal pain and sleepless night and sometimes shortness of breath. Plz help me to find what I am suffering from.
