What Causes Incontinence, Nausea, Dizziness And Hot Flashes After Using Mirena?

Hello,I have the Mirena to stop heavy menstrual bleeding. Since insertion, I ve had some incontinence, nausea, dizziness and hot flashes. Bleeding has stopped. But still have breast tenderness, back aches, edema and cramping to left side at period time

I understand your concern.
Minera is a hormonal IUD. Naturally the side effects of nausea,dizziness, bleeding,hot flashes can show as side effect to the drug in starting. This reduces after few months use.
But incontinence is not a common side effect of Minera. If you have incontinence with other urine problems, contact your doctor soon. He will examin you, get investigated & may ask you for-
Treatment of you incontinence,
Removal of Minera & use of some barrier contraceptive.
