What Causes Increase In The Level Of SGPT During Pregnancy?
iam 35+ weeks pregnant and my sgpt is currently 220. last week it was 319 ..im taking urso thrice a day and avoiding oily foods.. my doctor has asked me to go for induced labour 2 weeks before my due. is this fine for me?and when does this increased sgpt get reduced completely? after delivery? also guide me a diet chart

How are your other liver enzymes? Serum bile acids? Is ur bp under control ? What about LDH?
If all these are normal you need not worry much. But induction at 38 completed weeks is recommended. You need to follow up your enzymes post delivery and if it does not resolve should consult a medical gastroenterologist
