What Causes Increase In Weight While Trying For Reduction?

i am a 40 yr old lady, i have always strugggled with my weight just last year i have put on 15 ibs in between 39 and 40. while i was still trying to lose at least 10 i only gained. i eat right and now i have been working out at the gym for 2 months every day i burn at least 600 or more a day.then go to work and am on my feet all night till 11 pm. i have had my tyroid checked and it is fine. i have not lost a pound yet and have gained 2 more. 5.10 206 right now used to weigh 184 that is my goal again i am also a larger frame please help! i can not stand this middle belly anymore

Hi,
I understand your concern that, despite you're trying to lose your body weight, you continue to gain.
The concern for you I understand should not only be that how many kilocalories you burn out. You should concentrate on how many calories you take in.
So, till the time there is no negative balance in your intake and burnout, you're not going to lose weight.
