What Causes Increased Appetite After Getting Contraceptive Injection?
I am on an injected contraceptive which gets done every two months and currently also using Duromine. I am finding that I'm experiencing an increase in my appetite whereas the Duromine is an appetite suppressant. What are my options as I don't want to try to fall pregnant until June 2014 (I have a 6month old son).
Nausea, vomiting, changes in appetite, mood or behavioral changes can occur with the use of hormonal contraceptives. These side effects may reduce in the subsequent cycles after your body adapts to the new hormone levels.
You also need to rule out pregnancy in case of missing period by more than 10 days.
