What Causes Increased Bowel Movements When The Colon Is Stretched?
my 10 yr.old has build up in her stomach,they said her colon is stretched.shes been taking murilax 2 times a day since october or november.shes had bowel movements every day,several times a day,accept this week.she hasn t gone since monday,could this be serious?

First of all let me assure you that there is nothing to be alarmed about. Your child seems to be having loaded colon which needs to be emptied completely by giving laxatives. Once his gut is completely free of stools, then on he will have normal bowel habits and his diet also will improve.
