Hello, My son is 6 months old, i recently started him on solids gradually (rice, pears, apples, pumpkins) and changed his milk from a hypoallergic type to a follow on formula. Since 4 days though, I noticed he is having more bowel movements a day (used to be once a day, now its more of 2-3 times a day) and the stool is yogurt smelling. Should I be concerned? Thank you
