What Causes Increased Breathing And Rapid Heart Beat?
Hi Doctor, My mother has a long history of taking neural medications for burning sensation in body and shaking kind of feeling inside. Recently she developed fast heart beating and heavy breathing problems with increased neural issues as mentioned above. We have done all the heart related tests and Angiography shows minor issues which needs medications only and Doctor suggested nothing else required since her Heart is in very good condition. However, her breathing and heart pounding symptoms has not reduced even though she is taking recent heart related medications. She also started taking diabetes medications since 1 year and it is well controlled. The recent reading was 106 (PP). Need some guidance since I am taking her for the spectrometry test today. Any suggestions would greatly help. Best Regards.
Hi through your history i have some disease in my mind which you have to rule out. this kind of symptoms occur in Anemia, URTI(upper respiratory track infection) , LRTI (lower respiratory track infection) , pneumonia ,Vitamin B12 deficiency , if patient taking B blocker drug etc. Most common as per her age is anaemia. So please rule out this by doing complete blood count and peripheral smear. Also do Vitamin B12 level.
