Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After going through your medical details I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that increased heart rate with breathing difficulties can be because of underlying heart or lung disease which may require further evaluation.

It’s advisable for you to consult your primary health provider personally for physical and diagnostic evaluation for proper treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
