General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Symptoms of nausea, diarrhoea or vomiting, particularly in the morning could be due to indigestion and it may be associated with hyperacidity.
Try to change the diet prior to sleep like avoid taking a heavy meal, spicy food, coffee, alcohol smoking. Rapid heart rate is a part of the symptom of nausea and vomiting or diarrhoea.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
