What Causes Increased Heartbeat And Heartache In A Child?

my 6 year old complains about heart ache, when i listen to her heart, it sounds like she just finish running beating too fast and she says she dsn't want to breath through her nose 'cause her heart hurts, is this concerning, shoul i take it to the er asap?

Yes it is very concerning it can be a congenital heart disease ,which should be diagnosed and treated as early as possible
Congenital heart defect (CHD), also known as a congenital heart anomaly or congenital heart disease, is a problem in the structure of the heart that is present at birth.Signs and symptoms depend on the specific type of problem. Symptoms can vary from none to life-threatening. When present they may include rapid heart rate, rapid breathing, bluish skin, poor weight gain, and feeling tired.
ADVISED
2d echo as soon as possible to rule out cardiac anomaly.
