What Causes Increased Libido?

hi, i m 20 years old and all of a sudden my libido seems to have doubled. like i feel to the point of being unhealthy. i ve been dating the same girl for 3 years without fault and now i can t help but hit on every decent female i come across. any explanation or advice?

As i had gone through your query i would like to advice you that For controlling your sexual feelings you should have to divert your mind to some other activities which you like most. And involve it in other activities when you have such feeling towards decent females.

Other reason could be that as you described that you dating same girls from last 3 year so that possibility that you cant got satisfaction sexually than you will attract towards others.

Also you should have to meet satisfaction while having intercourse with your partner that could even help you. For that i would like to advice you that go for foreplay and Oral sex first before you go for intercourse because it will help for pre cum and also you and your partner will have more pleasure than normal intercourse.

Even your sex desire will increase because of that and for more you may have to use different position of sex. It may gives you more satisfaction and even more excitement and total pleasure than normal intercourse.
