What Causes Indent On Upper Left Cheek Bone?

I am 16 and I started realizing that I have an indent ony upper left cheek bone connecting to the crease of my eyes and I think I m getting it on the other side but I m starting to notice more and more, I don t know how it was caused but I do have acne

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have indent on left upper cheek bone which could be due to cortical thickening of bones. Mastoid bones asymmetry could be the reason for indentation. Need not to worry about it. I would suggest you to get a fresh X-ray to know the current status of the bone injury. In case there is bone defect, you need to consult an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for it. Bone defects can be treated with bone grafting. Skin defect along with bone defect such as indentation can also be managed. Plastic surgeon along with oral and maxillofacial surgeon help you to solve this condition.
