What Causes Indentation On Legs During Pregnancy?

After walking yesterday for a while i felt as though i had a bruise on my sheen so i reached down to rub it and there was a huge indentation in my leg. so i went to the er and they did an ultrasound on my legs and they said all the blood flow looks good so they said its just the pressure of being pregnant, which i am 30 weeks. there is also no swelling in my legs and the indintation is not there today. what can this be?

usually because of pregnancy their is some amt. of fluid retention in a pregnant woman.this fluid retention is called oedema.when we press over it their is formation of pit for a short time which disappears after some time.pathological if its with B.P more than 140by 90 and albumin in urine.
