I have an indentation on my upper left thigh Maybe 2 inches horizontally and deep enough to put my finger in. I just became aware of this within the past 3 weeks. I am a 80 yr old female and only walk about 30 min 3 days a week. Should I be concerned?
Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows. 1. Could be due to muscle atrophy. 2. Probably reduced nutrition leading on to atrophy. Improve your nutrition. 3. Hope there is no ulcer. Not to worry. Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again
