What Causes Indention Near Right Eye And Watery Eyes?

i woke up with a fairly decent size indention between the right side of my eye and my temple. its like the side of my eye sunk in. and a very slight nagging headache. i have drank a full bottle of pedilyte and 16 oz gatorade thinking dehydration. now eye feeling tight and watering.

This appears to be imaginary.Watery eye can be under stood as epiphora. Anti biotic eye drop can be applied like ofloxacin .3% two times daily.It should be alright.
