Hello there, Vizylac is lactobacillus, the same that is found in curd or chaach. If you have home made curd or chaach everyday vizylac is not required.
With your symptoms it is possible that your body is reacting to some foods that you eat. One way is to maintain a food diary and note down everyday what you eat and on what days you have more symptoms. This will help me find out food that triggers your symptoms.
Also worry or anxiety can lead to varied symptoms so if you have been tensed about anything the past one year it is time to adopt relaxation techniques to find relief of symptoms.
I hope this helps you and please get back to me with any further queries.
