Hi thanks for asking question. Stool report is not normal. Positive finding you have mentioned mainly is entameba cyst present with pus cells , mucus and RBC. All these finding suggesting toward diagnosis of amebic dysentery.Abdominal pain also can be associated with it. You have mentioned gram negative bacilli positive that is might be normal fecal flora like E.coli or contamination of stool. So for amebiasis you should be treated with tinnidazole or ornidazole.
