What Causes Inferolateral Ischemia?

my mother name is saratha, 54 age old,she complained of extreme fear , difficulty in swallowing , taken ecg, BP 140/100 she is not hypertensive before, according to doctor , inferolateral ischemia... advised for TMT..KINDLY GIVE UR SUGGESTION... and weight 50 kg

at 54 years of age , & with this complaints it is possible to have myocardial ischaemia.that too ECG has shown inferolateral ischaemia.
140 /100 shows that she is an hypertensive , requires treatment for sure.
cardiac evaluation with TMT, ECHO-CARDIOGRAPHY, if required angiogram is better to rule out for any blockages or micro-vascular ischaemias.
please tell her to avoid stress,& relax.
as much as possible avoid spicy, oily, heavy foods
the earlier the better as the possible complications can be prevented by adequate cardiac medications
