Hello, Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through your query and would like to offer some suggestions. Your symptoms suggest that you are experiencing pain caused by trauma to the soft genital parts during a possibly rough intercourse. As you complain of vaginal cuts, you have to see your health care provider for proper evaluation and plan further management. Meanwhile, you can use cold compress for relief from the soreness. Antispasmodic medication also is helpful. Hope this helps.
