What Causes Inflammation Between The Testis And Thigh With Excessive Sweating?

My ride side of my nutsack(between my balls and my thigh) is very inflamed...it s warm when I touch it and it feels a bit uncomfortable to walk. And just the right side is very sweaty. It s sweating so much only on that side that my boxers are soaked what should I do

I do undestand your problem. Continuous moisture over there may cause fungal infection leading to rash and discomfort. So, please send details regarding anyy itching/pain/shape of lesions/any discharge for further suggestions. All the best. Mean while keep area dry and clean with anti fungal powder.
