What Causes Inflammation In Sternum And Pain In Breast?

I ve noticed an inflammation of the right side my sternum (the 1st bone below the clavicle) and a dull pain through my right breast area..I m afraid its someting serious, which doctor should I see and what diagnosis should I under go, what are the possible diagnosis?I feel the heat from a hot tea while drinking and it feels like am massaging with hot towel while the otherside (left) feels normal, its odd even wen I try to apply pressure I feel numb, as if its not really part of me

Thanks for your question on HCM. Your chest pain seems musculoskeletal in nature. And mostly it is from costochondritis. It is inflammation of cartilage and bone.
But I still advice you to consult orthopaedic surgeon.
If this is normal than thorough breast examination is required as some times breast swelling can also cause similar pain. So better to go for mammography.
