What Causes Inner Knee Pain Post A Knee Replacement Surgery?

I had a knee replacement in march 2017 the surgery went well now in the past two weeks the back of my knee hurts really bad not bad when walking but if I sit and bend my knee back just a little bit more then a normal sit position it is extremely painful or lying down on your side with your legs bent up it is very painful then also please tell me what i can or should do Thanks

I have studied your case. 

As pre your history infection is likely diagnosis
DO NOT IGNORE INFECTION IN POST TKR .
You may need to investigate like CRP ,CBC,ESR
PCR culture is very useful to find culprit organism.

If infection is confirmed then debriedment is required .Persistent infection revision operation is required.
