What Causes Intense Bone Pain Beneath The Toes While Walking?
Hello. My name is Lamont and I am 66 years old and I have been a machinist all my life and I am still working. The bones just behind my toes feel like I am walking on marbles when I am walking on a hard surface barefooted. Even when I take a shower the pain can get extreme sometimes. What is my best route at this time of my life?
The possibilities are arthritis or contusion. As a first step you can take analgesics and can apply icepacks for pain relief. If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
