What Causes Intense Pain And Blisters On The Right Ankle?

i have had swollen ankles for some months now with terrible pain when walking. now I have blisters to the ankle of my right foot but they only cover the front and sides of the ankle. can this be shingles. I have had several bouts of shingles in the past but usually on the chest area. I am female if that makes a difference

It may be bullous impetigo.

There is least possibility of shingles. Because shingles does not recure, unless you suffer from immunity deficiency like HIV,leukaemia or else.

Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. Let have blood tests to rule out HIV and other blood diseases.

Take antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs for few days. Apply antibiotic cream. Take rest.
