What Causes Intense Pain And Pus Discharge After Placing Rectal Drainage Tube?
I had rectal surgery several years ago and had a very tough time with many complications and spent many weeks in intensive care. At the same time I had rectal drainage tubes/ strings put in that are permanent and can cause extreme pain with blood and pus drainage. Once these sacred burst I do get some relief. Some days are so painful I can t walk. Would preparation h help with something like this.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned the medical and surgical condition of your case what is underlying cause of draining tube are there, if this is the infection then it needs to be taken great care to autolyze this, draining of pus is always helpful as long as the pain is concern, but underlying cause of puss formation is more important than draining else the pus goes on forming again and again hope this information helps.
