What Causes Intense Right-sided Foot Pain And Discolouration While Having Hypothyroidism?

I have had extremely painful cramping on the top of my right foot for 3 days. I noticed that the nail is purple where it starts. I have hypothyroidism due to having my left thyroid and bridge removed due to a enlarged goiter. I don t know if my foot is doing this due to my hypothyroidism and this is something that happens or if it serious. My thyroid was only removed last December.
