What Causes Intense Sweating And Bowel Movement?

My wife is 84 yrs of age, 5'-4 and weighs 134 lbs.
After standing for 15 minutes or so she feels faint, breaks out in profuse sweating, her pressure rises and has an immediate need to have a bowel movement. Once she does she seems fine. This happens quite frequently, especially in church to the point we stopped attending church.

I really appreciate your concern, here the given symptoms of fainting needs to be ruled out for syncope that is due to TIA (Transient Ischemic Disease) it is the cerebral pathology happening due to less blood supply in brain and to confirmed this or to rule out this CT brain is needed, apart from this it could be due to hypoglycemia (low blood Sugar level in system) and it also need to be ruled out too with plasma blood sugar level hope this information helps.
