Hi. Yesterday, approx 5min after eating a tuna steak on salad and french beans with a drizzle of chilli oil, I experienced intense temp & pressure in my head & face; my face was red as was my chest, my legs and arms blotchy; my whole body shook; I felt lightheaded, nauseous and had severe diarrhea. However, my breathing was fine and my tongue was not swollen. Was this an allergic reaction? I have eaten this type of food for many years so I find it very unusual that I would suddenly become allergic.Is it possible that there was bacteria in the (fairly rare) tuna steak?
