What Causes Inter Menstrual Spotting With Stomach Bloating?
My girlfriend and I had unprotected sex, i pulled out but I think some sperm got on her vagina by the clitoris area. She is on birth control, but a few days after she had spotting for a couple days and her stomach feels bloated. She should get her period next week. What is happening?

Spotting around 10 to 15 days after sexual intercourse may indicate implantation bleeding. Some women undergo spotting and abdominal cramps just before and during ovulation. Hence, it can be due to ovulation. I would suggest your girlfriend to take a urine pregnancy test 10 days after missed period or 2 weeks after the date of sexual intercourse to get reliable results.
