What Causes Inter Menstrual Vaginal Spotting Along With Dizziness And Nausea?
My last mentrual was 5-19 I spotted on 5-27-18 and heavy on 6-2-18. I also spotted 6-4, 6-5-18. For the last 5 days I have been feeling dizzy and nauseous at any time during the day. Have had a few hot flashes within the last few days. I have an app. Friday I am concerned as to what could be going on.

I would recommend that you get an ultrasound pelvis to exclude fibromas which could be the cause of the menstrual irregularities you are experiencing.. Also if you are using IUD or oral contraceptives then this could be due to their side effects.
